Terms and Conditions

1. Handmade Products,

All items are 3D printed and finished by hand in Australia. Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the handmade process.

2. Orders & Payments,

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. We accept payments through secure, trusted providers (Stripe and PayPal). Prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable.

3. Shipping & Delivery,

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated. Domestic orders are sent via Australia Post Standard or Express services. International orders are not accepted on this site and must be placed on our Etsy page instead. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or external factors outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds,

As all products are handmade, we only accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged on arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Custom or personalised items are non-refundable, except in the case of damage or manufacturing defects.

5. Warranty & Liability,

Our products are intended for personal use only. We are not liable for any misuse of products, including electrical items (e.g. lamps), not used in accordance with instructions. Where required, electrical items will comply with relevant Australian safety standards.

6. Privacy Policy,

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for order processing, shipping, and customer support. We do not share your details with third parties except where necessary for payment or delivery.
